It has a crib for the little ones. It has access to a picnic pavilion (available for day rental) which makes is doubly desirable for reunions & family gatherings. There is a old wagon bench off of the back porch so you can “sit a spell” and watch the fireflies or just enjoy the sounds of Nauvoo. This home has a very spacious living & dining area with a large table & plenty of room for all. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a king bed suite with a walk in closet and bathroom and a large bedroom with 2 queen beds & huge closet. The kitchen and dining area provide all you appliances & kitchen needs with lots of seating. There is a 40 inch HD TV with DVD player & DVDs for some “quiet time” at home. There is a bathroom with shower with handicap access located on the main floor.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor, a queen size bed with a closet, a king bed suite with walk in closet and bathroom and a family bedroom with a queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds (this bedroom will sleep 6). There are 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combo and double sinks off the hall. There is also a loft with a sitting area with a couch, chair & writing desk. The basement has a game room complete with foosball table, air hockey table, big screen TV with DVD player & a futon for lounging. A sleeping area with 4 twin beds and a bathroom with a walk in shower complete the basement living space. The laundry room is complete with washer and dryer for guest use. The home is a geo thermal heating & cooling system and ceiling fans in all bedrooms for your comfort summer & winter. There is ample off street parking for 6 vehicles.
